Aggi Doughty is an experienced and highly qualified Careers Consultant and practitioner who has worked across a range of educational settings, leading and supporting careers education programmes nationally.
Aggi is a Careers Development Institute Registered Professional who has over 15 years experience working in careers. She has proven experience in supporting education providers to achieve the DfE approved Career Mark Quality Award in Careers Standard for careers provision and created, developed and led full careers education nationally, both in secondary schools and higher education.
She is currently the Careers and Employability Advisor (HE) at Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln and is also working with the University of York and a number of other schools in Lincoln around their current careers provision.
