Paul Turner

Paul Turner is a radical geographer and teacher as well as social and environmental activist. Paul is author of 'Climate Breakdown', a series of 14 lessons which explore the science and broader social questions around the climate and nature emergency, resources which have been used by thousands of schoolteachers around the world.

Paul is a presenter for AimHi Earth, the education-to-action organisation activating, inspiring and empowering changemakers around the world, and education lead for the Ministry of Eco Education, a charitable project providing innovative sustainability education for children across the country.

The Ministry of Eco Education is a collaboration of teachers who have brought together free resources from hundreds of organisations into a holistic sustainability curriculum. MEE embeds environmental opportunities within lessons linked to the national curriculum, and supports teachers in hundreds of schools to engage every pupil in every lesson about sustainability, so that they can be a catalyst for change in their local community.
