Case Study:
Wolverton Primary School

Wolverton Primary School in Warwick became school members with The National College in October of 2019.

Subscribing to our services as a result of viewing earlier webinar content, the school wanted to take a comprehensive approach to statutory guidance and policy.

Now that they are fully-fledged members, they can’t recommend our services enough and the affect which they’ve had across the board.

School Membership benefits

Wolverton have been delighted with what the School Membership has had to offer them – subsequently implementing it as a fundamental part of their teaching development process.

Pam Clinton, Assistant Head Teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator at Wolverton Primary School said: “We chose to utilise and subscribe to The National College because of Flexibility of resources which were on offer.

“We started with the single wellbeing membership before upgrading to whole school membership which has been excellent ever since.

“We have used the resources as part of our weekly staff meetings and for staff training.”

Timesaving for school leaders

Mrs Clinton’s summation of how The National College has fitted into Wolverton’s staff enrichment aligns with our aims on CPD, and making it something which can be carried out in a flexible manner.

“The service from The National College has been excellent in all respects,” Mrs Clinton stated.

“The National College has personally saved me an enormous amount of time as an Assistant Headteacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator because I haven’t had to resource and deliver staff training.

“One positive from utilising The National College would be the timesaving on offer.”
