On June 26th 2019, the DfE published the new Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2019, coming into effect on 2nd September 2019.  The guidance outlines the statutory duties to which all schools and colleges must have regard when carrying out their duties to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
