Claire Grimes is the
Director of Professional Learning and Development for a Trust of schools. She
is an experienced English teacher and senior leader having been an Assistant
Headteacher in both grammar and comprehensive settings and a Vice Principal of
a large secondary school. Claire is the author of the popular book Rosenshine’s Principles in Action: The
Workbook. Passionate about improving the life chances of young people
through evidence-informed practice, she also facilitates the NPQLT and NPQLTD
as well as delivering training and keynotes for education-based organisations.
