Interesting reviews of recent research. The findings of the research on ‘Does anything work for teacher CPD?’ are depressing! However, there is a positive spin placed on these findings at the end of this particular segment. I was especially interested in the research on ‘Which is better, reading on screen or reading printed text?’ Reading comprehension of longer texts on paper was proved to be better than reading on screen. Research proof that peer assessment does boost academic performance.
