Webinar Duration: 28 minutes (approx.)

This webinar will equip headteachers, senior leaders, governors, teachers and practitioners with knowledge and skills to incorporate career-related learning into the curriculum so that pupils of reception age onwards can begin to understand who they are, who they might become and what their niche might be in the world, as a first step towards future success.

In detailed consultation with almost 300 career development experts and key partners, the Career Development Institute (CDI) has reimagined its Framework for Careers, Employability and Enterprise Education to support pupils aged four upwards in laying the foundations of social mobility and future employability.

This webinar will explore the CDI’s six areas of learning and explain how these can be translated into effective practice in early years and at key stages 1 and 2, to broaden pupils’ horizons, raise aspirations and keep young minds engaged and enthused.
