Webinar Duration: 45 minutes (approx.)
This webinar will provide teaching assistants with practical advice and guidance on how to build their mathematics skills and become confident in supporting lessons to maximise pupil progress and positively impact pupil outcomes.

Due to the nature of the subject area, mathematics can be a topic where teaching assistants aren’t necessarily provided with the training and expertise to feel confident supporting lessons. However, the insight and impact teaching assistants have can be invaluable and, with increased subject knowledge, their importance to the classroom can be far greater than imagined.

In this webinar, Toni Priddey, experienced mathematics consultant and former teacher, subject leader for maths and assessment lead, will explore strategies in which teaching assistants can build their confidence, enabling them to implement these strategies in the classroom and create better pupil outcomes.
