This webinar will provide school leaders, headteachers and all teaching staff with an awareness and understanding of the reformed early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework and supportive curriculum guidance.

On the 3rd September 2020, the DfE published their ‘Development Matters’ guidance to help support the delivery of the revised EYFS framework, published on 1st July 2020. Whilst some schools have become ‘early adopters’ of the new framework now before its statutory rollout in September 2021, all schools can choose to refer to the new ‘Development Matters’ curriculum guidance as part of their approach to more effective teaching and learning.

In this webinar, experienced headteacher and education consultant, Ian Noone, will explore how early years practitioners can use the ‘Development Matters’ guidance to help them assess their children’s level of development in order to make more informed decisions about their learning needs and take relevant action.
