This webinar will provide headteachers, senior leaders and teachers with advice and practical guidance on using breaks and playtime as an opportunity for high-quality play to enhance health and happiness.

Play is fundamental to a healthy and happy childhood. By effecting a cultural transformation in the way they value and resource play, schools can provide daily high-quality play for every child, enhancing wellbeing, resilience and engagement and dramatically reducing behavioural issues.

In this webinar, Michael Follett, founder and director of OPAL Outdoor Play and Learning, defines the principles of high-quality play, and explains how schools can evaluate current provision, and plan and resource a whole-school approach to bring about lasting change for every pupil.
