About the Webinar

By September 2020, Health Education will be a compulsory part of the curriculum for the first time. All schools will teach children about the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, what determines their physical health, and how to build mental resilience and wellbeing. This webinar will focus on the meaning of mental wellbeing and the importance of resilience and a resilience-based approach in schools.
