The recently published Teacher Wellbeing Index 2018 highlighted that 72% of educational professionals say workload is the main reason for considering leaving their jobs and excessive workload emerged as the top cause of poor mental health, with more than two-thirds (69%) reporting this. This report also suggests that educational institutions could improve the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce by School Leaders working with their staff to reduce workload. 

This webinar will focus on collaborative planning, marking and sharing to reduce the individual workload of each colleague, by utilising Curriculum Area Development Time (CADT).
