Montessori Education: Applying Key Principles in Nursery Settings

This webinar will provide nursery managers and practitioners with an insight into and understanding of Montessori pedagogical practice and how different elements can be incorporated into early years settings.

The Montessori approach to education aims to develop children’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive abilities through exploring the world around them and using their imagination. It is largely based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play and encourages increased independence in children’s learning.
