This webinar will provide governors, senior leaders, headteachers and department heads with expert insight and guidance on the recent updates to the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and School Inspection Handbooks, reflecting the challenges posed by COVID-19.

On the 19th April 2021, Ofsted published updates to the EIF and handbooks for inspectors. The guidance outlines key changes to inspection practice, in particular how Ofsted will inspect schools during the remainder of the summer term in line with COVID-19 protocols before resuming a full inspection programme in autumn 2021.

In this webinar, The National College will explore what the recent changes to the guidance documents are, how Ofsted will form judgements reflective of the COVID-19 context and what preparations schools can look to put in place.
