About the Webinar

The Ofsted Inspection Framework is changing from September 2019. The new framework will refocus attention on ensuring learners are receiving a high-quality education that puts them on a path to future success. This webinar will offer practical guidance for primary school leaders and teachers so they can better understand what the Ofsted expectation is for a broad and balanced curriculum. It will help with current curriculum review and upcoming preparation and explore what the potential implications of the three I’s may be for your school.

Learning Outcomes

  • The Ofsted rationale behind curriculum expectations

  • Curriculum indicators used by Ofsted inspectors

  • Questions which should be asked at the start of a curriculum review

  • Practical ways to prepare for changes, including baseline questionnaires for subject leaders

  • Implications of the three I’s on formative and summative assessment, and for Governors/Trustees
