This webinar will provide headteachers, curriculum leaders, subject leaders and teachers and practitioners with knowledge and skills to undertake a robust evaluation of the impact of their computing curriculum, including strategies for formative and summative assessment, aligned with Ofsted expectations.

A high-quality computing curriculum should help learners prepare for the next stage of education, employment or training. In order to determine the extent to which the curriculum is achieving this, schools will need to have in place robust systems for measuring, evaluating and communicating impact, which can also help them prepare for the possibility of an Ofsted ‘deep dive’.

In this webinar Jamie Edmondson, DfE funded NCCE subject matter expert, senior leader and experienced teacher and computing lead, will identify effective systems for determining the impact of the computing curriculum on the attainment and aspirations of all pupils, including the most disadvantaged and those with SEND.
