About the Webinar

This webinar will provide headteachers, managers, senior leaders, teachers and practitioners with advice and practical guidance on implementing reflective practice to enrich young children’s experiences and enhance development in early years settings.

Reflective practice offers an opportunity to effect continuous improvement through an ongoing cycle of analysis, evaluation and action. Via careful observation and dialogue with young children, early years practitioners can determine what works well and what doesn’t, and, where necessary, identify new courses of action for the short, medium or longer term which better meet children’s needs.

In this webinar, Debi Keyte-Hartland, early years expert, TEDx speaker and lecturer with over 25 years’ experience working with schools, explains the principles of reflective practice and how this can be incorporated into the practitioner’s daily routine to improve early years provision.
