A high-quality History curriculum should help learners prepare for the next stage of education, employment or training. In order to determine the extent to which the curriculum is achieving this, schools will need to have in place robust systems for measuring, evaluating and communicating impact, which can also help them prepare for the possibility of an Ofsted ‘deep dive’.

In this webinar, Richard McFahn, ITE History tutor for University of Sussex and experienced teacher, leader, adviser and consultant, will identify effective systems for determining the impact of the History curriculum on the attainment and aspirations of all pupils, including the most disadvantaged and those with SEND.
