On the 26th March, the DfE released guidance for educational settings on self-reporting during the coronavirus outbreak in order to build a national picture of educational provision.
The published guidance helps to provide clarity around which schools, nurseries and colleges will need to provide the information, the type of information required and the rationale behind it. It also provides guidance around completing the record of children in attendance online form.
In this video update, John Rees, an experienced teacher, trainer and consultant with more than 25 years educational leadership experience, will discuss why the form needs to be completed, how to access it and what should and should not be counted against the required DfE criteria.
