About the Webinar

As of the 29th September 2019, all areas in England must have implemented new safeguarding arrangements as driven by the 2017 Children and Social Work Act and the 2018 update to ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’. The role of schools in these arrangements are key. This webinar will explore these key statutory changes and what they mean in practice for schools. Aimed at school leaders and safeguarding leads, this webinar will provide a valuable insight into the legal basis for change, areas of innovation and how schools can take advantage of the changes.
